Dr. Capra is a Professor of Economic Sciences at Claremont Graduate University, specializing in experimental, behavioral, and neuroeconomics. Her research investigates the complexities of human decision-making, exploring the influence of personality, mood, emotions, and bounded rationality. She is also fascinated by the evolutionary roots of economic behavior and prosocial behavior, particularly the motivations behind volunteering.
